Things you need to know

 Samples

  • For a wedding stationery order of an existing design please use the ''Greeting Card Shop'' page then click on the ''Wedding samples'' option to order. This will enable you to order samples of the day invitation from your chosen design.
    If you are happy with your sample and would like to order more invitations and any other items e.g., place cards, evening invitations etc please use the contact information to either phone or email.   

     
  • If you require any alterations to the design (i.e. colour etc) or a bespoke design unique to you please phone 01200 429309/07960427469 or email info@deannamicdesigns.com leave your message and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

We have no minimum order as each wedding varies greatly in size. We do advise ordering at least 4-6 months before the wedding to avoid disappointment, but also to make sure all stationery is finished on time, with time left for any minor adjustments which may need making.

We recommend that you order as much of your stationery at the same time (with the exception of order of service and menus, which need finalising when you know exact numbers) so we can book your production time.
Express bookings are available subject to an extra cost and the availability of time. It is advisable to order a few extra than you think you need due to any errors or late guests.

Before any order is started you will be sent an example of your chosen design and the font which you prefer to make sure that everything is satisfactory and to allow for change before it''s too late. This can be sent via email or a hard copy in the post, we recommend the latter as colour and size etc look different on a computer screen.

On order of your chosen design we will need 50% of the cost of the order to enable us to proceed. The remaining balance due a week before your order is due to leave our workshop. Please note if using the Paypal option there will be an extra final charge of 3.4% to cover Paypal charges. 

Delivery 

Our delivery charges are as follows:

  • This is based on the weight of each individual package; therefore no set price can be given. When the final balance of your order has been received by us your stationery will be dispatched. This will be sent via Royal Mail and a signature will be required for all deliveries.
    Please make sure that you designate an address where someone will be for receipt of collection.
    After dispatch from our workshop we are no longer responsible for any damage which may occur in transit. The likelihood of any damage occurring is extremely rare.

Order Of Service

  • Please agree all details with church/venue first. Please provide your text a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the delivery date. This is better sent as a Microsoft word document or via email. All wording should be exactly as you would like it to appear, please include
  • Entrance music (title and composer if needed)
  • Hymns
  • Events e.g. the marriage ceremony, signing of the register, prayers, readings etc in correct order.
  • Recessional music.
  • Names of the bride and groom can be put on the front cover of the ''order of service'' along with the design
  • Price includes 4 sheets as standard any extra will be charged at 50p per sheet.

Menus

  • These are also made coordinating with your chosen collection/design. Again text for this item must be received 4 weeks prior to the delivery date. The bride and grooms name can be put on the front of the menu or as an extra cover sheet inside. These can come in many styles which will be discussed on order.

Table Plans

  • Please provide your guests names a minimum of 4 weeks before the delivery date. Make sure that each guest is on the correct table and in order of placement as you want them to appear. All names must be submitted as you would want them spelling e.g. Mr S Wild, Steven Wild
    or Steven (nicknames to if you so desire)

 

Place Names/Tags etc

  • These come without names printed on for the price, if you require names to be printed on then we suggest you submit a page with a full list preferably typed so as to avoid any costly mistakes.

Thank You Cards

  • These are left blank inside for you to write but as with all our stationery names can be printed inside each invite for an extra cost.

Save The Date

  • An ideal way to inform your guests of your up coming wedding. These are normally sent out up to a year before the big event. These also come in many designs, with or without magnets.
